Can Kaizer replace several apps?
Yes. Many gyms pay for one app to manage members, another for workouts and another for membership fees. Kaizer brings all of that into one platform, on a single plan with no extra costs: members and staff, classes and bookings, access control, AI training, fee tracking, chat and metrics.
Who is it for?

What does Kaizer's AI do?
It generates and edits routines and programs, progresses loads automatically, assists your gym's setup and warns you with operational alerts and recommendations.
How do classes work?
A calendar with per-class capacity, bookings, a waitlist with automatic promotion, attendance and no shows, plus trial classes to win new members.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes. Your gym lives in its own space with your name and logo, and your members use the Kaizer app with your logo, colors and style. If you also want your own app, under your gym's name on the App Store and Google Play with your branding and typography, we build it to order and quote it separately.
Does it work for more than one location?
Yes. You can organize locations and see how each one runs; the platform is built to support that growth.
Does Kaizer process my members' payments?
No. Kaizer tracks membership fees, who owes, who paid, reminders and payment-method records. Money is collected through the channels you already use.
How is the price calculated?
By member profiles: up to 50 is USD 49/mo, 51 to 250 is USD 129/mo and 251 to 1,000 is USD 199/mo, with a discount for annual billing. No extra costs: every feature is on every plan and onboarding is included. Admins and coaches don't count. Above 1,000, let's talk.
Do my members pay anything to use Kaizer?
No. Kaizer is 100% free for your members: the app, the routines, the reservations and the chat are part of your gym's plan. They only pay your gym's membership fee, as always.
I already use another platform or spreadsheets, can you help me migrate?
Yes. The moment you register your gym you are in touch with the Kaizer team: we help you bring members, routines, exercises, dues and whatever else you need over from another platform, from Excel or from PDFs, and we walk the setup with you until your gym is running.
