Templates to build routines without starting from scratch

Kaizer for Gyms templates store what your team repeats: full training plans, sessions, blocks, circuits and whiteboards. Each coach inserts them into a member's routine or assigns a training plan from the member's profile, without loading every exercise again. They come with every plan, from USD 49 a month.

How they are used day to day

  1. 01

    Insert into a routine

In the routine editor, From template… adds a copy of the content, with a preview before you pick. Editing that copy does not change the template.

  2. 02

    Save something you already built

Export as template saves a session, block, circuit or whiteboard from a routine to your library as a standalone template.

  3. 03

Assign a training plan to a member

From the member's profile you assign a full training plan, with all its weeks, without building it again.

  4. 04

    Duplicate to make a variant

Duplicating a training plan creates a copy with no assigned members, so you can build a variant without touching the original.

  5. 05

    Search your library

Each type has its own section, with search, so you find the template you need fast.

Your library and the gym's

Templates is each staff member's own library: what a coach saves is theirs and does not mix with their teammates'. Everyone works with their usual sessions and blocks.

What the gym wants available to everyone is published as a gym-floor program. A training plan is visible to staff only while it is being built; when it is ready, the admin turns it into a program and your members see it in the app.

If a coach leaves the gym, their templates are no longer at hand. The ones the team uses often are worth turning into gym-floor programs first.

What it does not do

  • Templates are not shared between coaches: each staff member has their own library. What belongs to everyone goes out as a gym-floor program.
  • A template cannot be placed inside another template: templates are inserted into routines.
  • Edit with AI works on routines and training plans, not inside a session, block or circuit template.
  • An archived training plan cannot be turned into a gym-floor program: restore it first.

Frequently asked questions

What is a template in Kaizer?

Something your team repeats, saved to reuse: a full training plan, a session, a block, a circuit or a whiteboard with instructions.

If I edit a routine that came from a template, does the template change?

No. Inserting a template adds a copy of its content: changes to the routine do not touch the template.

Do coaches share templates?

No. Each staff member has their own library. To make something available to the whole gym, publish it as a gym-floor program.

Can I assign a training plan to several members?

Yes: you assign it from each member's profile. If you want any member to start it from the app, turn it into a gym-floor program.

How much does it cost?

Templates come with every Kaizer for Gyms plan: USD 49 a month for up to 50 members, USD 129 for up to 250 and USD 199 for up to 1,000, with 14 days free.
