Change a routine by asking the AI
Edit with AI changes a routine that already exists from an instruction: you type or dictate what you want changed and Kaizer rewrites that part, keeping the rest the same. Kaizer for Gyms coaches and admins use it on their members' routines and on training plans, from USD 49 a month.

How it works
- Step 01
Open the routine
In the editor for a member's routine or a training plan, the add and edit menu has Edit with AI.
- Step 02
Describe the change
Type it, up to 4,000 characters, or dictate it: the audio, up to one minute long, is transcribed and added to the text. For example: swap the bench press for a dumbbell press and add a core exercise on leg day.
- Step 03
Apply the changes
Kaizer rewrites the routine with your request and keeps everything you did not mention the same. The routine updates on its own within moments.
- Step 04
Review it and move on
You see the new routine in the same editor and adjust it by hand if needed, like any other routine.

One instruction, typed or dictated, and the AI adjusts the routine without touching the rest.
Edit with AI or generate a routine with AI
They are two different tools, and they work together.
| Edit with AI | AI routine | |
|---|---|---|
| Starts from | A routine that already exists | Scratch: the member's details |
| What you give it | An instruction to change | Goals, days and preferences |
| What it does | Changes what you ask and leaves the rest | Builds the full routine |
| When it fits | Targeted tweaks to something built | A member's first routine |
What your team uses it for
- 01
Swap one exercise for another
When a machine is taken or a member cannot do a movement, it gets replaced without rebuilding the session.
- 02
Add or remove work
Add a core block, drop an exercise or change sets and reps across one or several sessions.
- 03
Adapt a training plan
Take one of the gym's training plans to another level or to other equipment before assigning it.
- 04
Do it from your phone
Dictate the request between classes instead of typing a long instruction.

What it does not do
- It does not show a preview before applying: changes are applied to the routine and then you review or fix them by hand.
- It does not work inside session, block or circuit templates: you use it on the routine or the training plan.
- While it applies one request it does not take another on the same routine. If something fails, the routine stays as it was.
- It does not replace the coach's judgment: the AI carries out the instruction, and deciding what to change is up to the team.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Edit with AI and generating a routine with AI?
Edit with AI changes a routine that already exists from an instruction and leaves the rest the same. Generating a routine with AI builds a new routine from scratch with the member's details.
Can I ask for the change by voice?
Yes. You dictate the request, up to one minute long, and it is transcribed into the instruction text before you apply it.
Does it change the whole routine?
No. Kaizer rewrites what you ask for and keeps the rest of the routine the same.
Can I undo what the AI did?
The routine stays in the editor like any other: you fix it by hand or ask for another change with a new instruction.
How much does it cost?
Edit with AI comes with every Kaizer for Gyms plan: USD 49 a month for up to 50 members, USD 129 for up to 250 and USD 199 for up to 1,000, with 14 days free.
