What it does not do
- The included app is listed in the stores as Kaizer, not under your gym's name. That is what the custom app is for, quoted separately.
- It is not an app builder for any business: it is your gym's app for training, booking, checking in and staying in touch.
- It does not charge membership fees inside the app: Kaizer tracks payments, but you collect the money through your usual channels.

Can I have an app under my gym's name?
Yes. By default your members use the Kaizer app with your logo, colors and style. If you also want your own app, with your gym's name in the App Store and Google Play and your typeface, it is built to order and quoted separately.
How much does the branded app cost?
The Kaizer app with your brand is included on every plan: USD 49 a month for up to 50 members, USD 129 for up to 250 and USD 199 for up to 1,000. Only a custom app in the stores costs extra.
Do my members pay to use the app?
No. The app is free for your members: routines, bookings and chat are part of the gym's plan.
Which phones does it work on?
The Kaizer app is on iOS and Android, in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Do my coaches use an app too?
Yes. Coaches and admins use Kaizer for Coaches, on iOS and Android, to see members, routines, schedule, check-ins and chat.
