Spot at-risk members before they cancel
Kaizer for Gyms flags members who stop training, stop coming in or stop following their routine, and gathers them in one list so your team can call them. It has configurable alerts, metrics on new and lost members, and a downloadable report. Included from USD 49 a month.
Updated:
The signals Kaizer watches
A member joins the at-risk list when they pile up two or more of these signals.
- 01
Not training
They have not logged a session in the app for a while. You choose after how many days to be warned.
- 02
No visits
They stopped coming in: no check-ins recorded.
- 03
Lost consistency
They were on a training streak and broke it.
- 04
No routine
They have no active routine, or theirs has passed its end date.

Alerts and a list of the members who are drifting away, so you can call them in time.
Where you see it
- 01
On the member's profile
The overview shows their open alerts, such as a stretch without coming in or stalled progress.
- 02
In the member list
Filter members with an open alert: the quick way to see who needs something from you.
- 03
In Metrics
The Members and retention section lists at-risk members next to new members, cancellations and reactivations.
- 04
In reports
The at-risk members report comes as a PDF or CSV with phone and email to call, and the executive summary reaches your inbox on the 1st of every month.
Retention metrics
| Metric | What it measures |
|---|---|
| New and lost members | Members who joined and left in the period, and the net. |
| Reactivations | Members who came back to training or to the gym after 30 days or more without activity. |
| Cancellations by tenure | At what point in their time at the gym people leave. |
| Cancelled fixed spots | Standing class spots being dropped: members often drop theirs before cancelling. |
| No-shows and late cancellations | Bookings marked absent and cancellations made less than 2 hours ahead. |

What it does not do
- Alerts come from concrete signals, like days without training or without coming in; they are not a prediction of who will leave.
- It does not contact members for you: the list and the report include contact details, and your team makes the call.
- Visit signals need check-in turned on, and training signals need members to log their sessions in the app.
- Gym metrics belong to admins: coaches do not see them.
Frequently asked questions
How does Kaizer know a member is at risk?
It looks at concrete signals: days without training, days without coming in, a broken streak and having no active routine. With two or more, the member joins the at-risk list.
Can I choose after how many days to be warned?
Yes. In the automation settings you set the days without training, the days since a routine started without a session, and which alerts you want to see.
Can I download the list?
Yes. The at-risk members report comes as a PDF or CSV, with each member's phone and email.
What do I need for it to work?
Members logging their sessions in the app and, for visit signals, QR check-in turned on.
How much does it cost?
It is included on every plan: USD 49 a month for up to 50 members, USD 129 for up to 250 and USD 199 for up to 1,000.
