Your gym's reports, ready to download

Kaizer for Gyms builds seven gym reports as CSV for Excel or as PDF: class attendance and occupancy, joins and cancellations, staff performance, expiring medical clearances, at-risk members, a workout export and an executive summary that arrives by email every month. It comes with every plan, from USD 49 a month.

Updated:

The seven reports

Each one answers a specific question about the gym, and every one comes in CSV and PDF.

  1. 01

    Class attendance and occupancy

One row per class with capacity, attendees and no-shows. The PDF adds the heat map and the best and worst time slots. Filter by activity and by coach.

  2. 02

    Joins and cancellations

Who joined and who left in the period, with their tenure. The PDF brings cohorts, a funnel and retention by channel. Filter by tag.

  3. 03

    Staff performance

One page per coach: classes, attendees, occupancy, no-shows, routines and notes.

  4. 04

    Expiring medical clearances

An actionable list: members with no clearance, an expired one or one about to expire, with their contact details. Filter by tag and by member status.

  5. 05

    At-risk members

The same list you see in Analytics, with each member's phone and email so you can call them.

  6. 06

    Workout export

Flat data for Excel: one row per set logged on the gym's routines. Filter by coach and by tag.

  7. 07

    Executive summary

One or two pages with the headline of each area against the previous month. Besides requesting it whenever you want, admins get it by email on the 1st of every month.

Reports

Seven reports in CSV or PDF, plus an executive summary that arrives by email every month.

How you request a report

  1. Step 01

Pick the report and the format

CSV to open in Excel, or PDF to read and share. Under the picker, What you'll get explains what each one includes.

  2. Step 02

Pick the period and the filters

Last month, last 3 or 6 months, last year or any dates you want, plus the filters that apply to that report: activity, coach, tag or member status.

  3. Step 03

    Download it from the history

The file is generated in the background and shows up in the history, ready to download. If you request one identical to a recent run, you get that file without generating it again.

What Analytics shows

Before you download anything, Analytics answers the day-to-day questions.

  1. 01

    Training

Adherence, logged sessions and records, sessions per day, the most consistent members and the most used exercises.

  2. 02

    Members

Active members, joins, cancellations, reactivations, tenure and the invitations still open.

  3. 03

    Occupancy

Classes held, occupancy, no-shows and late cancellations, with the map by day and hour.

  4. 04

    Visits and operations

Check-ins by day and hour, each coach's work, unanswered chats with their response time and the status of medical clearances.

What it does not do

  • Reports and Analytics belong to the admin: coaches do not see them.
  • There is no payments or billing report: dues status lives in Payments, and Kaizer does not issue tax invoices.
  • Reports are requested by hand. The only one that arrives on its own is the executive summary on the 1st of every month.
  • It does not build custom reports: there are seven fixed types, with the filters each one supports.
