AI-built routines and gym-floor programs for your gym

Kaizer for Gyms builds routines and gym-floor programs with AI from your gym's exercise catalog, and adjusts loads after every session a member logs. Your coaches review and edit before anything is sent. It comes with every plan, from USD 49 a month.

What Kaizer's AI does in your gym

The same AI thousands of people already train with in Kaizer, working with your gym's exercises and rules.

  1. 01

    Drafts the routine

The coach enters the member's goal, days per week, session length, experience and limitations, and the AI proposes the full routine.

  2. 02

    Uses your gym's catalog

It picks from Kaizer's exercises and the ones your gym added, so members see in the app, with video, the same movements used on your floor.

  3. 03

    Follows house rules

In the settings you set default answers: equipment, split, sets, reps, RIR or RPE, session blocks and warm-up. The AI applies them to every routine.

  4. 04

    Progresses loads

With automatic progressive overload on, the weight of each set adjusts to each member's progress, goal and estimated 1RM.

  5. 05

    Asks for effort

The app asks members for their effort in RIR or RPE, on every set or at the end of the session, and that feeds the progression.

  6. 06

    Imports what you already have

Upload a routine as a PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text file or photo, and Kaizer turns it into a routine you edit like any other.

What the AI decides and what your team decides

The AI does the repetitive work. The decisions stay with the gym.

How an AI routine reaches a member

  1. Step 01

    The coach requests it

From the member's profile they fill in goal, days, length and limitations, or upload the routine the member already had.

  2. Step 02

    They review and adjust it

The routine opens in the editor to change exercises, sets or loads. If the gym prefers, it can be sent without review.

  3. Step 03

    The member trains

They see it in the app with a video for every exercise, log every set, and the next load adjusts on its own.

Kaizer Assistant, to ask and to operate

Beyond building routines, your team has Kaizer Assistant: they type or speak to it, and it looks up what you have in Kaizer and carries out actions on the platform, always under each coach's control.

Gym-floor programs are built with the same tools: the editor, the gym's catalog and the AI. When a program is ready you publish it, and members see it in the app and start it on their own.

What it does not do

  • It does not replace your coaches: it drafts the routine and adjusts loads, but the team decides what gets sent and can always edit it.
  • It does not provide medical diagnosis or clinical rehabilitation: the limitations you enter shape the routine, they do not replace a health professional.
  • The importer reads files up to 700 KB. With many routines or large files, the Kaizer team loads them for you during migration.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI use my gym's exercises?

Yes. It builds routines from the gym's catalog: Kaizer's exercises plus the ones you added, each with its video.

Are AI routines sent to members automatically?

You decide in the settings: they can wait for your team to review them first, or go out automatically as soon as they are generated.

How do loads progress?

With automatic progressive overload on, Kaizer adjusts the weight per set and per week to each member's progress, goal and estimated 1RM. Your team can edit it or turn it off.

Can I bring the routines I already have?

Yes. Upload a PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text file or photo and Kaizer turns it into an editable routine. If there are many, the Kaizer team migrates them for you.

How much does the AI cost?

It is included on every plan: USD 49 a month for up to 50 members, USD 129 for up to 250 and USD 199 for up to 1,000.
