With Kaizer for Gyms each member has a single conversation with the gym, shared by your whole staff, and you can also create groups of members and coaches, for example everyone in one class. Anyone on staff creates a group
With Create group you pick members and coaches, at least two people, and name it, such as 12-week challenge.

Admins are in every group
They are added automatically to every group in the gym. Coaches are in the groups they create or are added to.

From the group info you change the photo and the description, and add or remove participants.

From the participant list you open the one-on-one conversation with any of them.

At the end of the list, the admin has a direct conversation with the Kaizer team.
What it does not do
- Members need the app: you cannot message a member added without an email, or one who has not accepted the invitation yet.
- It is not WhatsApp: messages go through the Kaizer app, not the gym's phone number, and there is no AI agent answering for the gym.
- Automatic replies are limited to the welcome message.
- The chat can be turned off from App features: while it is off, neither staff nor members can write.

Does each coach have their own chat with the member?
