With Trainingym, turnstiles, QR or RFID readers and scales are billed separately as hardware and are not in the total.

When Trainingym may suit you better
If you need the software to charge dues by card and invoice on its own, Trainingym does that from its Básico plan; Kaizer tracks dues, but the money is collected outside Kaizer. The same goes if your gym already has turnstiles or readers integrated with Trainingym.

How long does the migration take?
Within a week your gym is up and running. On day 1 you sign up your gym, we run the migration whenever you decide, and over the next days you set up classes, schedules, roles and permissions with the Kaizer team beside you.
What data can you bring over from my current system?
Members, routines, exercises, dues and whatever else you need, from another platform, from Excel or from PDFs. As soon as you sign up your gym you are in touch with the Kaizer team, who stays with you through setup until the gym is running.
Do my members pay anything to use Kaizer?
No. Kaizer is 100% free for your members: the app, routines, bookings and chat are included in the gym's plan. They only pay your gym's membership fee, as always.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding is included on every plan and every feature comes with each one. The only optional extra is your own app with your gym's name on the App Store and Google Play, for USD 95 a month, also with no setup fee.
Does Kaizer collect my members' dues?
No. Kaizer tracks dues: who owes, who paid, reminders and the payment method on record. The money is collected through the channels you already use.
