What Kaizer organizes in a box

What lives today between a spreadsheet of time slots, the WhatsApp group and the whiteboard, in one place.

  1. 01

The class schedule, set up once

Each class is an activity type with its color, duration and capacity, and each schedule generates the sessions for the coming weeks on its own. If Tuesday is a holiday, you delete that session and the rest of the series stays as it is.

  2. 02

    Regulars with a fixed spot

The member who comes Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:00 is booked into every future session of that schedule, without signing up each time. Each fixed spot takes one place of the capacity.

  3. 03

Bookings from the app and attendance

Members book and cancel from the app. When class ends, the coach marks them present or absent, and attendance stays in each member's history.

  4. 04

    Programming, written in Kaizer

Routines with circuits and supersets, every set logged with RIR or RPE, and loads that adjust as the member trains. The gym-floor programs you publish are visible to the whole box in the app.

  5. 05

    QR check-in at the door

The front desk scans the QR code in the member's app, which expires and renews on its own, and the same screen shows the classes they booked that day so you can mark them present.

  6. 06

    Dues up to date

You set up the box's memberships with their amount and frequency, record each payment and send a reminder to members who fall behind. You keep collecting the money the way you do today.

How you get your box started

    Register the box

Add the name, logo and colors, and get 14 days free, no card.

Coaches join with their role. Members join with the box's invite link or the QR code printed at the front desk.

What you see about your box at month end

  1. 01

    Occupancy by class and schedule

Which classes fill the floor and which active schedules stay under 30% occupancy in at least three classes, so you can decide what to move.

  2. 02

    No-shows and late cancellations

Bookings marked absent and cancellations made less than 2 hours ahead, by activity and by coach.

  3. 03

    At-risk members

Who stopped training, stopped coming through the door or lost their streak, so you can call them before they cancel.

  4. 04

    Downloadable reports

Attendance and occupancy by class, joins and cancellations, at-risk members, expiring medical clearances, staff performance and an executive summary.

When another tool is a better fit

  • Kaizer does not process payments: if your box needs to charge cards inside the software or run a point of sale, look for one with built-in payments.
  • It has no WOD leaderboard for members to compete with each other. If that is central to your box, Wodify publishes leaderboards with Wodify Perform.
  • It does not issue tax invoices or connect to your country's tax authority.

Frequently asked questions

Does Kaizer work for a CrossFit box?

Yes. Kaizer for Gyms covers the class schedule with capacity and fixed spots, bookings from the app, attendance, QR check-in, AI programming and dues tracking, with an app carrying your box's brand.

How much does it cost for a box?

USD 49 a month for up to 50 members, USD 129 for up to 250 and USD 199 for up to 1,000, with every feature on every plan. Coaches do not count toward the limit.

Can I publish the box's programming?

Yes. You publish it as a gym-floor program: members see it in the app and start it on their own, with a video for every exercise and every set logged.

Do members book from their phones?

Yes. They book and cancel from the Kaizer app and get a notice if a class is cancelled or moved. If you prefer to sign them up yourself, you turn off app bookings for that schedule.

Does Kaizer collect the box's membership fees?

No. It records memberships, who paid and who owes, and sends reminders. You collect the money through your usual channels.

How we built this comparison

We read each product's official pages: pricing, plans, features, help center and store listings. When a fact isn't published, we say so; nothing is filled in from blogs or resellers.
