Software for your pilates studio

Kaizer for Gyms runs a pilates studio on one platform: class capacity that matches your machines, members with a fixed weekly spot, bookings and cancellations from an app with your studio's brand, and membership tracking. It costs from USD 49 a month for up to 50 members, with 14 days free.

What a pilates studio needs

Few places per class and members who always come on the same day: that is what Kaizer organizes.

  1. 01

Class capacity that matches your machines

Each class type, such as Reformer or Mat, has its duration and its capacity, from 1 to 200 places, and every schedule inherits it. When a session is full, the app stops taking bookings.

  2. 02

    Regulars with their fixed spot

The member who comes Tuesday and Thursday at 19:00 is booked into every future session. You can limit it to one day of the schedule or start it on a given date.

  3. 03

Bookings and cancellations from the app

Members see the studio's calendar and book or cancel their spot. If a class is cancelled or moved, they get a notice.

  4. 04

    Classes only the studio books

A private or a level-specific class can be closed to app bookings: members see it, and the studio signs them up by hand.

  5. 05

Medical clearance with its expiry date

You record each member's clearance with its validity, and Kaizer alerts you when it is about to expire or already has.

  6. 06

Memberships and payments up to date

You create a membership for each plan you sell, with its amount, currency and frequency, record payments and remind members who fall behind.

How you know your classes are working

  1. 01

    Occupancy by day and hour

A heat map shows which time slots fill up and which stay empty, with a breakdown by activity and by instructor.

  2. 02

    Fixed spots being dropped

You see how many bookings come from fixed spots and how many fixed spots were cancelled: members often drop their spot before they cancel.

  3. 03

    Late cancellations

Cancellations made less than 2 hours ahead, so you know how many places open up late.

What Kaizer does not do in a pilates studio

  • Members book a place in the class, not a specific machine. If you need them to pick their reformer, Mindbody publishes a pick-a-spot option.
  • It does not deduct classes from a pack: a membership records amount and frequency, not a class balance.
  • It does not charge late-cancellation fees: members can cancel whenever they want, and you see the late-cancellation metric.
  • It does not process payments: you collect the money through your usual channels.

Frequently asked questions

Does Kaizer work for a reformer pilates studio?

Yes. You set each class's capacity to the machines you have, add members with fixed spots, and they book and cancel from an app with your studio's brand.

How much does it cost for a small studio?

Up to 50 members is USD 49 a month, or USD 39 a month paying yearly. Instructors do not count toward the limit.

Can I cap each class at the number of machines?

Yes. Every class type and every schedule has its capacity. When it fills up, the session is marked on the calendar and nobody else can book.

Can members cancel from the app?

Yes, whenever they want and without a penalty. The spot opens up for another member, and you see how many cancellations came less than 2 hours ahead.

Do my instructors use an app too?

Yes. They use Kaizer for Coaches, on iOS and Android, where they see their members, the schedule, check-ins and chat.

How we built this comparison

We read each product's official pages: pricing, plans, features, help center and store listings. When a fact isn't published, we say so; nothing is filled in from blogs or resellers.
