How it works in a school
Several disciplines, several levels and members of every age, in the same schedule.

One class per discipline and level
Adult BJJ, beginner Muay Thai or kids' Karate: each one is an activity type with its color, duration and capacity, and its weekly schedule with the instructor in charge.

Members who always come
Someone who trains Monday and Wednesday at 20:00 gets a fixed spot in that schedule and is booked into every future session, without signing up each time.

Attendance when class ends
The instructor opens the session and marks each booked member present or absent. Attendance stays in the member's history.

Younger members, without the app
A member with no email can still be added: they have a profile and the gym manages them, though they do not use the app or get notices. When they have an email, you invite them to Kaizer.

QR check-in at the front desk
Members show the QR code in their app and the front desk scans it. For those who arrive without their phone, the visit is recorded by hand.

Monthly dues up to date
You create a membership for each plan, such as two or three times a week, record each payment with its method and send a reminder to members who fall behind.

What Kaizer does not do in a martial arts school
- It does not track belts, ranks or grading exams.
- It does not manage tournaments or competition registrations.

Can I add kids who do not have an email?
Yes. A member with no email is added all the same and the gym manages them from the dashboard. They do not use the app or get notices until you invite them with an email.
Does Kaizer track belts or grading?
No. Kaizer organizes classes, attendance, training and dues, but it does not track ranks or grading exams.
